CHICKEN FRIES






Some fast food restaurants serve chicken fries, which is actually how I was inspired for these ones. But these chicken fries are just as tasty maybe more tasty as the restaurant versions, but less expensive and less greasy. They are easy as pie You can check it out from the ingredients, it is hell quick to make! In less than 30 minutes. You’ll have the yummiest chicken fries ever on the table and the whole family will beg you to make them again and again. Enjoy!





Ingredients:





  • Chicken breast (cut into strips) ½ kg
  • Baking soda 1 tsp
  • Cornflour 1 cup
  • Refined flour 1 cup
  • White vinegar 3 tbsp
  • Ginger/garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Eggs (beaten) 2
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Oil for frying




Method:





  • Mix ginger/garlic paste, red chilli powder, coriander powder, vinegar, chicken & salt in a bowl & set aside for an hour.
  • Mix cornflour with flour & baking soda.
  • Coat chicken first with cornflour mixture & then eggs.
  • Heat oil in a wok & fry chicken until golden & remove.
