DRUMSTICKS






These chicken drumsticks are full of flavour and super easy to make. Ready in 45 minutes. Giving the drumsticks a long rub with seasonings makes them taste great. This recipe is simple to make after a day at work. Serve with a simple salad or roasted veggies for a mouth-watering midweek meal. If you're looking for a simple healthy dinner go for it!





Ingredients:





  • Drum sticks 6
  • Ginger/garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp
  • Cumin powder 1 tbsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tbsp
  • Eggs 2
  • Refined flour (sieved) 1 cup
  • Salt according to taste
  • Oil for frying




Method:





  • Make cuts on drumsticks with a knife & apply ginger/garlic, Worcestershire sauce, cumin powder, coriander powder & salt & set aside for 10 minutes.
  • Beat eggs with salt & coat drumsticks first with eggs then flour.
  • Heat oil in a wok & fry drumsticks until golden.
