Ingredients:
- Peas 250 gm
- Carrots 250 gm
- Butter 50 gm
- White pepper & salt according to taste
Method:
- Wash & peel the carrots & cut into quarter inch thick slices.
- Shell the peas.
- Boil the water. Add peas & cook for 10 minutes & then add carrots, cook until tender. Drain off the water.
- Heat butter in a pan. Saute the vegetable.
- Add the seasoning.
