BUTTERY SPINACH






Easy and healthy recipe with only few ingredients and it takes just few minutes to get ready. Sometimes, the best and most delicious recipes are made with the simplest ingredients, such as this buttery spinach. Combining spinach with butter can make adding vegetable to your daily routine diet. I hope you all find it a healthy recipe and enjoy it as your appetizer and being an appetizer lover you should try this recipe instead of having just garlic bread. Its a good way to start your morning as healthy as you can.





Ingredients:





  • Spinach 1 kg
  • Butter 50 gm
  • Salt & Pepper according to taste




Method:





  • Remove the stem & wash the spinach leaves carefully with plenty water.
  • Boil in boiling salted water until tender.
  • Refresh under cold water & squeeze well.
  • Heat butter in a pan. Add the spinach loosen with fork & reheat quickly without coloring.
  • Season with salt & Pepper.
  • Serve hot in a vegetable dish.
