BUTTERED BEANS






An alternative, original and tastier way of cooking Buttered Beans or any other green vegetables. Butter gives it a nutty, rich flavor that adds something spectacular to this simple green beans side dish!





Ingredients:





  • Green beans 1/2 kg
  • Butter 50 gm
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Pepper 1/2 tsp




Method:





  • Cut the beans into small strips.
  • Boil in water till tender drain off.
  • Heat butter in a pan.
  • Add the boiled beans & saute for 2 - 3 minutes.
  • Season with salt & pepper.
