An alternative, original and tastier way of cooking Buttered Beans or any other green vegetables. Butter gives it a nutty, rich flavor that adds something spectacular to this simple green beans side dish!
Ingredients:
- Green beans 1/2 kg
- Butter 50 gm
- Salt 1 tsp
- Pepper 1/2 tsp
Method:
- Cut the beans into small strips.
- Boil in water till tender drain off.
- Heat butter in a pan.
- Add the boiled beans & saute for 2 - 3 minutes.
- Season with salt & pepper.
