CHICKEN POTATO ROSE






These Chicken potato roses are cooked into a gorgeous flower shape. Delicious & pretty.

Ingredients:





  • Chicken breast (cut into strips) 8
  • Potatoes (sliced) 3
  • Garlic powder 1 tsp
  • Thyme 1 tsp
  • Rosemary 1 tsp
  • Black pepper (crushed) ½ tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Cheese (grated) as accompaniment




Method:





  • Mix potatoes with oil, garlic powder, thyme, black pepper & salt & set aside for a little while.
  • Lay one chicken strip & spread potato slices over it, shape into a rose by rolling.
  • Grease an oven tray & put potato roses on it, cover its top with aluminium foil.
  • Place in preheated oven at 180°C, bake for 30 minutes & remove.
  • Remove aluminium foil & sprinkle rosemary & cheese on top, bake for 10 more minutes & serve.
