This sparkling mint lemonade is an excellent spring or summer drink to sip on in the afternoon on a hot day. It’s refreshing, sweet with the delicious flavor of mint. I serve it over ice for that classic feel and garnish it with lemon slices and fresh mint. This lemonade will assist you get rid of all those undesirable, built-up toxins from the body, put your digestion in full functionality and performance.
Ingredients:
- Mint leaves 8
- Ice cubes 1 cup
- White soda 1 cup
- Caster sugar 2 tbsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Lemon slices & Mint sprigs for garnish
Method:
- Put the lemon juice in a blender, add the white soda, caster sugar, ice cubes and the mint leaves, and blend until bright green and slushy.
- Pour into chilled glasses packed with more ice, and garnish with mint sprigs and lemon slices.
- Serve immediately.
