FRIED FISH






There is so much to choose from when it comes to fish recipes. From saltwater to freshwater fish recipes, you can have it all and the crumbly and crispy fried fish recipe. The recipe that I'm about to show you is a quite simple fish fry that might make to eat with drinks while enjoying your weekend.
Beautifully golden on the outside, flaky and tender on the inside, this fully flavorful Crispy Fried Fish recipe is virtually foolproof to make.





Ingredients:





  • Fish (fillets) 500 gm
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • French's mustard 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 2 lemons
  • Bread crumbs 100 gm
  • Season flour 50 gm
  • Eggs (beaten) 3
  • Salt & Pepper according to taste
  • Parsley (chopped) & Lemon wedges for garnish
  • Oil for frying




Method:





  • Marinate the fish in oil, lemon juice, French's mustard, salt & pepper for 15-30 minutes.
  • Pass through seasoned flour, eggs & bread crumbs.
  • Deep fry until cooked & golden brown.
  • Serve on a platter, sprinkle with chopped parsley & garnish with lemon wedges.
  • Serve with tartar sauce.
