CHICKEN STEAK WITH PEPPER SAUCE






A perfect meal the family will love. This homemade version will be ready in minutes and has that same great restaurant flavor. Juicy steak with pepper sauce is a match made in heaven. It couldn’t be more simple and delicious to make. The steak itself is seasoned with simple ingredients. Serve it up with mashed potatoes or sauteed vegetables side for a true Steakhouse experience.





Ingredients:





  • Chicken breast 4 pieces
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • French mustard 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Black pepper (powder) 1/2 tsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp




Pepper sauce:





  • Demi glaze 1 cup
  • Black pepper (crushed) 1 tsp
  • Butter 50 gm
  • Tomato paste 1 tbsp
  • Cream 2-3 tbsp




Method:





  • Marinate the chicken breast pieces with french mustard, oil, salt, pepper & lemon juice for 2 hours.
  • Heat little oil in a pan. Fry on low heat on both side till the meat is tender.




For sauce:





  • Heat demi glaze in a pan.
  • Add crushed black pepper, cream & butter.
  • Dress steak in plate & pour the pepper sauce over it.
