PINEAPPLE & COCONUT SMOOTHIE






This pineapple coconut protein smoothie is perfect for those who love the heavenly combination of pineapple and coconut .

Ingredients:





  • Coconut milk 1 cup
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Pineapple juice 1 cup
  • Sugar 2 tbsp
  • Pineapple pieces ½ cup
  • Ice cubes ½ cup




Method:





  • In a blender, combine coconut milk, yogurt, pineapple juice, pineapple pieces, sugar & ice cubes.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Pour smoothie into glasses & serve.
