Ingredients:
- Carrots 1/2 kg
- Salt according to taste
- Sugar 1 tbsp
- Butter 25 gm
- Parsley (chopped) 1 tbsp
Method:
- Peel & wash carrots. Cut into thick slices.
- Place in a pan with a little salt, sugar & butter. Add water to cover the carrots.
- Allow to boil till the carrots are tender & the water evaporates.
- Toss the carrots on high heat for 1 minute in order to give it a glaze.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
