Mongolian chicken right at home. This mongolian chicken is made with boneless chicken. Although the name of this dish says Mongolian Chicken, none of the ingredients or method of preparation are really Mongolian. Mongolian simply implies that this is an exotic dish. Nonetheless, this dish is so good, you won’t be disappointed if you try it.
Ingredients:
- Chicken (boneless,cubes) 250 gm
- Refined flour 1 tbsp
- Soya sauce 3 tbsp
- Sugar 1 tbsp
- Ginger (chopped) 1 tsp
- Garlic (chopped) 1 tsp
- Salt according to taste
- Oil
- Sesame seeds
- Spring onion for garnishing
Method:
- In a bowl, mix chicken pieces with flour until all the pieces are evenly coated.
- Heat oil in a wok. Add chicken pieces & fry till tender.
- Add ginger, garlic & stir fry.
- Add salt, sugar & soya sauce cook for a few minutes.
- Transfer on a dish, sprinkle sesame seeds & garnish with spring onion.
