Ingredients:
- Spinach 1 kg
- Butter 50 gm
- Salt & Pepper according to taste
- Cream 30 ml
Method:
- Remove the stem & wash the spinach leaves carefully with plenty water.
- Boil in boiling salted water until tender.
- Refresh under cold water & squeeze well.
- Heat butter in a pan. Add the spinach loosen with fork & reheat quickly without coloring. Season with salt & Pepper.
- Mix in cream, before serving.
