Ingredients:
- Prawns 1/2 kg
- White flour 2 tbsp
- Corn flour 2 tbsp
- Baking powder 1/4 tsp
- Egg 1
- Salt & Pepper according to taste
- Oil 1/2 kg
Method:
- Clean the prawns by removing the shell & the back vein. Chop the prawns fine.
- Add white flour, corn flour, baking powder, egg, salt & pepper.
- Heat oil in a wok, drop the prawn mixture in a shape of a ball. Deep fry till the balls are golden brown in colour.
- Serve hot.
