WATERMELON JUICE



A healthy refreshing juice for the summers to beat the heat naturally and keep us hydrated.

Watermelon juice is so simple to make with a blender. It is an excellent source of vitamins including A, B6 and C. Watermelon fruit is 91% water, Drinking watermelon juice is a soothing way to hydrate.

It reduce blood pressure and insulin resistance in people. It is also linked to reduced muscle soreness after exercise.

Ingredients:



  • Watermelon (Deseeded) 4 cups

  • Water 1½ cup

  • Ice cubes 1 cup

  • Lemon juice ½ cup

  • Sugar according to taste

  • Mint leaves for garnish

  • Lemon (slices) for garnish


Method:



  • Add watermelon, water, lemon juice, sugar & ice cubes in blender & blend.

  • Pour into the glass.

  • Garnish with a lemon slice & mint leaves.
